A Pocket Hem may be added to the bottom of any pleated or stationary cleanroom curtain to improve the balance and to ensure the curtain hangs correctly. While some cleanroom curtains are thick and heavy enough on their own, others require the addition of weights to make them hang properly. By creating a pocket in the bottom hem of the curtain, weights can be placed inside to pull the curtain or strip taught to make it hang flat and straight. Pocket hems are priced per linear foot.
